Tuesday

It's 53 degrees.

Still drippy after nightime showers.

From WKTV: " As we go into Tuesday, a mix of sun and clouds will greet us to start the day. But, we should see numerous showers and storms begin to develop in the afternoon. We're not going to see widespread severe weather, but again, we could be dealing with some small hail and heavy downpours. Skies finally clear out at night, as lows fall back into the 40s and 50s."

This cloud - a cumulonimbus or "thunderhead" - was far to the northeast of Hanover.

We had plenty of sunshine and work continued at the Briggs residence on E. Bacon Street.

Boilermaker flags are flying.

Nineteen days to go!

If you are anywhere near the Waterville Public Library - even if you don't want a book or a video - take just a few minutes to enjoy the very special Howard Lally Community Garden.

It's a treasure!
