Thursday

It's Garbage Day!

60 degrees and raining.

From WKTV: "after a few morning clouds and showers, we should break out into sunshine. Conditions will quickly become favorable for strong thunderstorms. However, there may be one or two ingredients missing tomorrow afternoon, in which case we would stay dry for much of the first half of the day. We do expect storms to fire in western New York by mid-afternoon and spread eastward through the evening. Any storm could have heavy rain, hail and strong winds, but that remains to be seen. Stay with us for a full update .
Storms will clear the area tomorrow night, as a weak, but noticeable area of high pressure will build in, allowing for a dry and pleasantly warm Friday."

I'm aware that some houses in "Whiskey Hollow" are in a "100 year flood plain" - the Nagys are starting to wonder if the new beaver pond will reach "flood" depth any time soon!
